Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully. Your use of and purchase of products from us means that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shopping with the essential atomizer company

You can order products online via this website. Subject to these terms, when you place an order you are offering to buy the product for the price stated. Colours on some items may vary due to limitations within the photographic and printing processes. All items sold have never been used physically, nor for display purpose.

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any point.

Once your order has been received you will receive confirmation from us that your order has been processed and despatched. If the product ordered is out of stock or no longer available we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being submitted to advise re a replacement or if you wish to cancel the order. A full refund will be made if payment already received. We reserve the right to cancel any order made and a full refund given. This does not affect your statutory rights. Each order received is deemed separate and treated individually.


All stock and prices are subject to availability. The price for each product is shown on in UK pound sterling and includes V.A.T. All prices are accurate but mistakes can be made, in these instances you will be contacted and a decision can be made whether you wish to cancel the order or pay the correct price. Any refunds due will be made by us. All orders will be sent to the delivery address advised by the customer at the time of ordering. The essential atomizer company reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the billing address only. In some circumstances, postage prices quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover the actual postage costs. Should this be the case, the essential atomizer company reserve the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order. Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

The essential atomizer company does not operate under a price-matching policy.


Immediate payment is required before your Order is despatched.


We try to keep our website up to date, however, all products are available while stock lasts.


The essential atomizer company delivers to all UK and international destinations. Delivery timescale aims to be between 2 – 10 working days in most circumstances, however, this is dependent on the postage service. Orders are despatched either by Royal Mail or international airmail... We will make every effort to ensure delivery timescales are met, however, we cannot be held responsible for the timescale once the order leaves our premises and is carried by Royal Mail. All orders are dispatched via Tracked postage. If an order is not received you must notify the essential atomizer company within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time. If declared lost by Royal Mail, we will send a replacement out. If goods returned to us as 'not called for', we reserve the right to charge for re delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by international airmail usually arrive within 4-10 working days, some parcels may take longer to be delivered. We cannot refund until goods are returned or declared lost. The essential atomizer company shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the rare even of a customer receiving an incorrect item, the essential atomizer company will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a faster replacement, upon agreement with the customer, the essential atomizer company will recharge the customer, send the correct item, and on receipt of the returned incorrect item will refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If for any reason the essential atomizer company are unable to deliver an item to you, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order. Your order will be cancelled and a full refund given if payment has already been made. The essential atomizer company will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for the disappointment suffered.

Orders not received, which were dispatched by second class, standard or tracked, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days form the date of dispatch, therefor no replacement or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days.


The copyright in and the content within the website and pages are solely owned by the essential atomizer company. Unless otherwise specified they may not be copied or altered without expressed consent in writing by us. The copyright also extends to the design and look of the website including all product images which are owned by us and must not be used by anyone without written consent.

You may use the essential atomizer website for private and personal use only and for non-commercial use. It is to be viewed and used for the sole purpose of placing orders.

Privacy and Data Policy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 the essential atomizer company do not supply any of your details to a third party. If you wish for us to remove the information we hold about you, please contact us via email and we will remove your record.

Marketing Communications

If you have ordered products from the website before it is possible that we have this information already and it is being used to contact you about offers, events, items or related activities that you may find useful. If you are an existing customer we will continue to keep you informed unless you tell us not to. If you are a new customer we will give you the choice (for example once you have placed an order) whether or not you want us to contact you about future offers, events, services and new products or related activities that you may find useful. We will not bombard you with emails, but we'd like to keep you informed of the developments of the essential atomizer company. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies.


We will be happy to refund any order returned in the exact same saleable condition it was sent. Please contact us by email to inform us of your wish to return an order. All items returned are to be unused. Refunds will be dealt with as soon as possible, usually within 7 days of receipt of goods back to stock. Any used item returned to us will not be refunded. A refund can be made for unwanted products, or if you change your mind. Please return the item in the same condition it was received, along with a copy of your original dispatch note and reason for return. A full refund will be made within 30 days. Refunds will be made to the payment method used to pay for the order. Once your return has been received by us, the product will be inspected and once we are satisfied of its condition a full refund will be made. Refunds do not include the original postage cost, nor your cost to return the item to us, unless the item was faulty. Returns should be sent by Recorded post as we cannot be held responsible for any item returned and not received by us. By sending returns by Registered post you are insuring yourself for a refund. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Faulty Products

Although care and attention is made to all orders sent, sometimes a faulty item can be received. In these circumstances, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 30 days of receipt, by registered post. We will pay for your return postage, please ensure you obtain proof of postage. If the item is over 30 days old please contact us by email to discuss the problem...
